Placita In Home Care was founded by Keith Condon in August of 2017. After working in federal law enforcement for close to 9 years, Keith saw an opportunity to do home care differently.

The physical needs of clients were being met, but aging was still an isolating experience. Along with his wife and registered nurse, Sarah Condon, Keith began providing home care services in Tucson & Phoenix Metro areas.

About Us

At Placita, we are active with various senior services in the community that promote low or no-cost activities for seniors. These include art classes, social hours, and interest clubs, as well as continuing education. In addition, our caregivers encourage our clients to participate in these activities.

All of our staff members have DMV record checks completed, proof of car insurance, and a valid driver’s license. Additionally, Placita extends our liability insurance to cover transportation. At Placita, you or your loved one will have an outlet to get out of the home, be social, make new friends, and stay engaged. However, they never have to worry about safe transportation.
We ensure that seniors have the support they need to stay safe and healthy while remaining in their own homes.
